Stephen Houston

Stephen has practiced as a solicitor specialising in corporate law for circa 30 years. Having practiced with a global law firm in London, Stephen was an equity partner with national law firm Addleshaw Goddard for over a decade in Manchester and London, co- leading the international team. Latterly, Stephen was the national head of corporate and commercial and a member of the management board for some 6 years with UK top 20 law firm DWF  before concentrating on UK inward investment work spending a lot of time in the USA, where he has extensive contacts.

Stephen now specialises in advising growing businesses and providing business law and general counsel services, holding directorships in some clients. Stephen in particular assists technology led companies entering the UK or expanding internationally.

Stephen had advised on hundreds of transactions including:
